Quarter 4 Complaints Report (FY2021)

Summary
In Quarter 4, complaints about phone and internet services decreased significantly - down 20.2% from the previous quarter. This is the lowest number of complaints in the last five quarters. Internet has become the leading service type, but with only 39 more complaints than mobile services.

In positive news for consumers, being unable to contact a telco has dropped from the Quarter 4 top ten issues across all service and consumer types. All top ten issues decreased in absolute volume when compared to the previous quarter, aside from “Missed appointment”.
