We will send your complaint to iiNet and ask them to work with you on a resolution. Most complaints are resolved this way. If your complaint is still not resolved after this, get back in touch with us.  

Where cyber incidents happen, we expect providers to quickly investigate and tell consumers what information has been exposed. We expect you to be given the information you need to protect yourself as early as possible.
