Quarter 2 Complaints Report (FY2020)

Summary
Residential consumers and small businesses made 28,746 complaints to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman in the last quarter of 2019 (1 October to 31 December 2019). The Quarter 2 Complaints snapshot released today (Wednesday 12 February 2020) shows complaints about phone and internet services declined 12 per cent compared to the previous quarter.
