Our complaint process
If you have a phone or internet problem, we will work with you and your telco to reach a fair and reasonable agreement.
Here's what you need to do.
Before coming to us for help, contact your telco and give them the chance to fix your problem.
If your problem is not fixed, call us or fill out an online form to make a complaint. Tell us your problem and what you want out of the process.
We will send this information to the dedicated complaints team at your telco and give them 10 business days to work with you.
For complaints that are still not resolved, we investigate further and make a binding decision.
