Epic Broadband has advised the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman they are going into liquidation. The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman is advising customers of Epic Broadband to find an alternative service provider as soon as possible.

Existing complaints about Epic Broadband

Making a new complaint about Epic Broadband
If you have a new complaint about your Epic Broadband service you should first try to resolve this with Epic Broadband. If the complaint remains unresolved or you cannot contact the provider, contact us, we’re here to help.
