We work with trusted community organisations to reach people, small businesses and communities who need our help.
We focus on reaching disadvantaged and vulnerable communities, including First Nations people, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, people with disabilities, and those facing hardship or abuse. Our outreach includes community events, conferences, webinars and media.

10 August 2026: We are attending a community engagement roadshow across Shepparton, Wangaratta and Benalla, providing advice, assistance and guidance to local communities through a series of complaint clinic events held across the region.
