Summary
On 1 October 2020, Red Telecom Pty Ltd sold most of its customer base to Vokal Pty Ltd (Vokal). Vokal is continuing to trade under the name Red Telecom.

After the sale, Red Telecom Pty Ltd changed its name to Limni Enterprises Pty Ltd (Limni).

On 7 October 2020, Limni entered into external administration and a liquidator has been appointed.

You should take urgent action to confirm with Vokal the status of your phone and internet services.
