TIO position statements

We are pleased to release a new position statement after consulting with industry and consumer representatives. The new position statement will be effective from 18 September 2015. This is the final position statement to be released as part of the TIO's wider position statements review.

Reclassification request process changes today

As advised in MNews last month, the TIO is changing the way it receives member reclassification requests from today. These changes simplify the way you can lodge a request to reclassify a TIO complaint. The changes follow a successful trial with members of the new arrangements.
