TIO closes for mental health days

On Friday 1 October and Monday 4 October, the TIO is giving our employees two mental health days. This is to provide support for our people in dealing with the challenges from the prolonged Covid restrictions in Melbourne (where the TIO is based).

During this time you can make a complaint online about your phone or internet services. If you have a complaint with us already, and your complaint hasn’t been fixed with your telco, you can update your complaint online.

This brief pause will be spent recharging our batteries so we can continue delivering an excellent dispute resolution service for consumers and telco providers.
