We focus on reaching disadvantaged and vulnerable communities, including First Nations people, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, people with disabilities, and those facing hardship or abuse. Our outreach includes community events, conferences, webinars and media.

Our community webinars are live sessions that help your team understand how we support people with phone and internet issues, including how our free, fair and independent service works, the common complaints we see, and how to support your clients or community. We offer tailored sessions for community organisations, financial counsellors, telcos and educators.
