The TIO is not an emergency service. Please call 000 if you need emergency assistance.
We can help people and small businesses if you can’t fix your phone or internet service problem with your telco, or you have tried to get through to your telco and couldn’t reach them. Contact our natural disaster line on 1800 046 686,03 8600 8308 or make a complaint online.
We can help with:
- if there is an urgent safety or medical risk, looking at how to keep you connected to internet or mobile services
- seeking information about when your services will be working again
- difficulty paying for your telco services
- disputes about contracts or billing where you can no longer use your service
- many other telco problems you may encounter, visit What we can help with to check.
