Ombudsman Judi Jones says, “I congratulate Minister Fletcher on his appointment to the Communications portfolio. His telecommunications industry experience and recent position as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Communications are positive indicators for continued Government commitment to telecommunications safeguards for consumers.
