How we can help

Individuals

If you have a complaint about an outage and can't contact Telstra, or you aren't satisfied with their response, contact us.

We send the complaint to Telstra and ask them to address your concerns. We ask for a quicker response if you have current safety or health risks.

Small businesses

What if you experience a business loss as a result of the outage?

Keep detailed records of the outage’s effect on your customers and business partners, and any losses incurred.

To claim compensation for business loss, you will need to show steps taken to protect your business from the impacts of losing service.

Where to make your complaint

If you can’t resolve your complaint with Telstra, you can call us on 1800 062 058 or make a complaint online.

You can also contact us using an interpreter, including Auslan or the National Relay Service. If you prefer, you can make a complaint by email fax or post.
