How we can help

When cyber incidents happen, we expect telcos to quickly investigate and tell consumers what information has been exposed. We expect you to be given the information you need to protect yourself as early as possible.

If you are having difficulty reaching your telco or are unhappy with the response, you can make a complaint to us.

Call us on 1800 062 058 or use our online complaint form. You can use an interpreter, including Auslan or the National Relay Service. If you prefer, you can also make a complaint by email fax or post.

We will send your complaint to your telco and ask them to work with you on a resolution.

Most complaints are resolved this way. If your complaint is still not resolved after this, get back in touch with us.
