Andrew Sheridan joins Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman Board
The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) Limited welcomes a new member to its Board of Directors.
Andrew Sheridan will join the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman Board as a director with industry experience, replacing David Epstein who is retiring from the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman Board.
Ms Patricia Faulkner AO has been re-appointed as Independent Chair of the Board of Directors; and Gordon Renouf has been re-appointed as a Director with Consumer Experience.
“I welcome Andrew as a new member of the Board of TIO Limited, and thank David Epstein for his valuable contribution to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman.” Board Chair Patricia Faulkner said.
“Andrew brings with him a wealth of experience and will assume the role of Director with Industry Experience on the TIO Board,” Ms Faulkner added.
Andrew Sheridan currently holds the position of Vice President, Regulatory and Public Affairs with Optus, and is part of the Optus Leadership Team. He has over 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry.
The Board of TIO Limited is chaired by an independent Director and comprises a balanced mix of Directors with industry and consumer experience, an Independent Director with not-for-profit governance experience and an Independent Director with commercial governance experience.
