Between July 2020 and March 2022, the TIO received over 63,000 complaints about mobile services. The TIO’s Policy & Systemic Issues Team took a deeper dive into the data to identify the key drivers behind mobile complaints.
In this 45-minute webinar, we will share:
- The findings of our report,
- Recommendations to telcos to help improve the consumer experience, and
- Tips for assisting consumers to help them avoid problems with a mobile service.
The webinar will be led by Ombudsman Cynthia Gebert and Policy & Systemic Issues Lead Andrew Thomson, with a Q&A session following the presentation. Individuals, organisations, community groups and advocates who assist vulnerable consumers are encouraged to participate in the conversation.
