TIO office end-of-year closure

The TIO office will be closed from close of business on the 24 December 2024, and re-opening on Thursday the 2 January 2025. During this time, consumers can still lodge complaints and check the status of their complaints online.
The TIO wishes everyone a very safe and restful end of year break.
