The TIO made a submission to the Treasury's consultation on unfair trading practices protections for small businesses.

Our submission supports extending unfair trading practices protections to small business consumers, and recommends Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidance to help stakeholders understand how the protections will work in practice.
