Quarter 3 Complaints Report (FY2022)

Between January and March 2022, residential consumers and small businesses made 22,203 complaints, up 21 per cent on the previous quarter, reversing a two-year decline. While complaint levels remained lower than the same period last year, the increase was significant. Complaints rose across all service types. Mobile attracted the most complaints, while internet complaints increased 31 per cent.
