Quarter 2 Complaints Report (FY2022)

Residential consumers and small businesses made 18,386 complaints, down 14.2 per cent from the previous quarter and 39.7 per cent from the same period last year. Complaints fell across all service types, with internet complaints dropping 20.4 per cent. Mobile complaints declined by just 4.7 per cent, making mobile the most complained about service, accounting for 42 per cent of all complaints.
