The Constitution sets out how the organisation is structured and governed, including the role of the Board, membership arrangements, decision-making processes and other key governance requirements.
Together with the Terms of Reference and relevant legislation, the Constitution provides the framework that supports the TIO’s independence, accountability and effective operation as Australia’s telecommunications industry ombudsman scheme.
