The TIO will be closed from midday on Thursday, 24 December 2015 and will reopen at 9am on Monday, 4 January 2016.
We encourage consumers who have a complaint about their telephone or internet service during this time to contact their service provider directly. Service providers’ details can be found on telecommunications bills or on our website’s members listing page.
Consumers who cannot resolve a complaint with their service provider can submit a complaint online. We will look into complaints when we reopen in 2016.
