Work report of the TIO Council: July – December 2011

The TIO Council met four times during the second half of 2011 to discuss and provide advice on the ongoing changes being faced and implemented by the TIO. The Council has continued to contribute to the development of the strategic plan by the Ombudsman, which should be finalised early in 2012.
