Reminder: TIO to close for end-of-year holidays

15 December 2015

The TIO will close from midday on Thursday, 24 December 2015 and will re-open at 9am on Monday, 4 January 2016.

The time for members to respond to complaints will be extended to allow for the closure and the public holidays during that time.

We will be encouraging consumers who contact us during our closure by telephone or online to contact their providers directly.
