July update for Conec2 customers

25 July 2014

The TIO has been made aware that some customers who were previously with Conec2 have recently received invoices from Conec2.
The TIO understands that the invoices have been issued by the Receivers and Managers of Conec2, Romanis Cant.
If you wish to dispute or query the invoice you have received, please contact Romanis Cant on 03 9670 6544.

Urgent services

Consumers who need a service for medical reasons are encouraged to seek one as soon as possible.

Will I be able to keep my number?

Where services have been disconnected, consumers' phone numbers may have been placed in quarantine, which means they can request but are not guaranteed to have the number reassigned to them when they are reconnected.

How we can help

People whose services are disconnected should seek new services as soon as possible.

If you are having difficulty reconnecting your service with the new provider, or if you have a billing dispute that you cannot resolve with Romanis Cant, please contact us for more information.
