TIO holiday closure information

The TIO will be closed during the Christmas holiday period from Thursday 25 December 2014 and will re-open at 9am on Monday 5 January 2015.

The TIO will be referring consumers to contact their provider during this time via our IVR message and website.

Please refer to the tables below for changes to complaint handling timeframes for circulation to your staff.

From Monday January 5 2014, normal response times resume.
