Reminder that TIO offices to close over Christmas break

The TIO will be closed for the holiday period.
 
We will be closed from Wednesday, 25 December and will re-open on Thursday, 2 January.

The time for members to respond to complaints will be extended by up to six business days to allow for the closure and the public holidays during this time. Responses due from 25 December 2013 to 1 January 2014 will be extended to 2 January 2014.

We will be encouraging consumers who contact us during our closure, by telephone or online, to contact their providers directly.
