Ombudsman Simon Cohen is holding briefings around Australia in March 2012 to provide information to TIO scheme participants about improvements in the way the TIO is providing services.  

Many of these changes, including to our complaint handling, billing and Member engagement services, have been adopted directly in response to TIO member feedback.

Mr Cohen will present briefings across Australia in March. While details are still being finalised, please take note of the following dates.

Brisbane and Gold Coast: Monday, 19 March
Sydney: Tuesday, 20 March
Melbourne: Wednesday, 21 March
Adelaide: Thursday, 22 March
Perth: Friday, 23 March
