End-of-year closure 2015

The TIO will close from the afternoon of Thursday, 24 December 2015, and reopen on Monday, 4 January 2016.

The time for service providers to respond to complaints will be extended to allow for the closure and the public holidays during this time. More information about response times and dates will be available soon.

We will encourage consumers who contact us during our closure to contact their provider directly.
