End-of-year closure

The TIO will close from Wednesday, 25 December 2014 and reopen on Monday, 5 January 2015.

The time for service providers to respond to complaints will be extended to allow for the closure and the public holidays during this time. More information about response times and dates will be available during December 2014.

We will encourage consumers who contact us during our closure to contact their provider directly.
