Our Industry Engagement team are experienced staff who are here to help you by providing information about TIO processes.

Our Industry Engagement team helps by:

  • answering questions about the way TIO resolves disputes and its processes
  • offering training and information about alternative dispute resolution and  how to respond to complaints
  • arranging guided visits to the TIO so companies can familiarise themselves with how the TIO works.
