We only handle complaints made by consumers and small businesses.
The small businesses that can contact us usually:
- have less than 20 full-time employees
- spend less than $20,000 per service provider per year, and
- have less than $3,000,000 annual turnover.
These figures are only a guide. We recognise that each business is different. We will also take into account:
- the nature of your business
- if employees are permanent, casual, part time, full-time and if employment is seasonal or voluntary
- the dollar value of your dispute
- the type of telecommunications service in question
- if your annual spend with the service provider gives you significant bargaining power, and
- if you can afford to use the legal system.
