The TIO accepts complaints from advocates on behalf of consumers.
Make a complaint on behalf of another person
You can lodge a complaint online via our website, by completing
and faxing a complaint form, by email or in person. In the interests
of fairness we ask that you give the provider in question an opportunity
to resolve the complaint before contacting us.
