TIO Review
The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) has engaged The
Allen Consulting Group to undertake an independent review of
the TIO Scheme to determine whether it is providing an accessible,
independent, fair, accountable and efficient complaint handling
service.
The Allen Consulting Group made a call for submissions, to be received
by 23 August 2006. Submissions were received from the following

provides full details of the review and how it will be conducted.
