Determinations list

Clause 7.2 (c) of the TIO's Constitution gives the TIO the power to 'publish the TIO's Determinations Directions and Recommendations, provided that the anonymity of the complainant and the TIO Member is preserved.' In the decisions on this page, we have suppressed the identities of both the complainant and TIO Member. Because published decisions must be anonymous, this is not a complete list of Determinations, Directions and Recommendations.
