About Member Communications
The TIO staffs a seven-person Member Communications Team, whose
specific role it is to liaise between TIO members and staff and
to build co-operative, productive relationships with member organisations.
Member Communications also endeavours to keep members up-to-date
with what is happening at the TIO, and to receive
feedback from members on TIO policies and practices.
Please contact Member Communications if you have a query about:
- the TIO's processes and procedures
- the progress or outcome of a particular complaint
- the TIO's classification of a complaint, or
- a TIO invoice.
Member Communications can also provide advice and assistance on a range of other
matters including the number and nature of complaints against a
member, emerging issues of consumer misunderstanding or dissatisfaction,
and members' internal complaint-handling mechanisms.
