About Member Communications
The TIO staffs a three-person Member Communications Team, whose
specific role it is to liaise between TIO members and staff and
to build co-operative, productive relationships with member organisations.
Member Communications also endeavours to keep members up-to-date
with what is happening at the TIO, and to receive
feedback from members on TIO policies and practices.
Kalma Rathouski is members primary point of contact at the TIO.
Kalma was an Investigations Officer for three and a half years before
moving into this position in August 2006. Prior to this she worked
as an Enquiry Officer for 18 months. Please contact Kalma if you
have a query about:
- the TIO's processes and procedures;
- the progress or outcome of a particular complaint;
- the TIO's classification of a complaint;
- or a TIO invoice.
Kalma can also provide advice and assistance on a range of other
matters including the number and nature of complaints against a
member, emerging issues of consumer misunderstanding or dissatisfaction,
and members' internal complaint-handling mechanisms.
