2009 Annual Report

The TIO will launch its 2009 annual report on Friday 23 October at 11am. The Ombudsman, Deirdre O’Donnell, will host a media conference at 11am and the report and accompanying media release will be posted at www.tio.com.au from midday.

The report includes:

• a roundup of complaint statistics categorised by service - mobile, mobile premium, internet and landline.
• detailed complaint statistics for providers who received more than 25 complaints in the 2008/09 financial year
• a list of all members of the TIO scheme

Reports – in soft and hard copy - will be sent to all TIO members next week.
