Members referred to the Australian Communications & Media Authority (ACMA)

The following TIO Members have been referred to the ACMA for non-compliance with the Scheme.

The procedures the TIO follows before referring Members to the ACMA are set out in Part B, s17.6(a) of the TIO's Policies & Procedures, Referral of non-compliant members to the Australian Communications & Media Authority.
