Information on TIO decisions may be obtained from two places:

1. The TIO's Policies & Procedures Manual, divided into three parts:
   
   1. An introduction to the TIO
      
   2. General information on how the TIO handles enquiries and complaints
      
   3. The TIO's position on particular issues, e.g. billing, credit management
